Renovation Design
We will assess the space, discuss with you how you want to use it, and develop a design recommendation. We will present both 2D floor plans and 3D renderings to help you visualize the design. Once the plan is approved, we will recommend the best contractors, furniture, fixtures, and finishes your budget will allow. We will manage the project, supervise the contractors with close attention to detail, strive to stay on the timetable, and keep budget considerations in mind to make sure you get the best end result.

Paint Color Consulting
To choose the right paint color, you have to see the colors in the space. We will come to your home with paint color decks and help you choose the perfect colors for your home, in your home.
Several things we take into consideration when choosing the right paint colors are:
Outside Light Exposure - Eastern and Norther exposures tend to add a blue/gray tone to color while Western and Southern exposures add a yellow tint.
Interior lighting effects - We take into account the Kelvin light scale or color temperature of your existing lighting.
Color Intensity - Paint colors have LRV (light reflective values) that rate color reflectivity. Also, color intensity will multiply when it wraps around the room versus 1" paint chip.
Accent Walls - Contemporary homes look grear with accent walls. Sometimes painting the ceiling a different color can be the perfect accent.
Analogous/Contrasting Colors - Analogous colors (harmonious colors next to each other on the color wheel) are a nice way to achieve a subtle accent. For different but compatible colors, choose ones across the color wheel from each other with the same level of intensity.
Creative Paint Solutions - Paint creative accent colors / elements to enhance a boring space, like a basement hallway.
